- Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- Delays: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-4 business days.
- Overnight Shipping: Delivery within 1-2 business days.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and other factors.
Shipping Rates
- Standard Shipping: Flat rate of $5.99 for orders under $50. Free for orders over $50.
- Expedited Shipping: Flat rate of $15.99.
- Overnight Shipping: Flat rate of $25.99.
International Shipping
- Availability: We currently ship to select international destinations. Please check our website for the list of countries we ship to.
- Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Trivok is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Order Tracking
- Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
- Tracking Your Order: You can track your order directly through our website or the shipping carrier's website.
Shipping Issues
- Lost or Damaged Packages: Trivok is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
- Claims: Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
